Bryan Binkholder defrauded more than a dozen individuals in the St. Louis area through a real estate investment scheme. He pleaded guilty to four counts of wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343. This is his second appeal of his sentence. On the first appeal, we affirmed the judgment of the district court
