FILED August 20, 2018.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Amy Howell Alaniz , Assistant U.S. Attorney, Carmen Castillo Mitchell , Assistant U.S. Attorney, U.S. Attorney's Office, Southern District of Texas, Houston, TX, for Plaintiff-Appellee.
