Petitioner Donald Anthony Grant, an Oklahoma state prisoner on death row, appeals from the district court's denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 habeas petition. Additionally, Mr. Grant filed a motion to expand the certificate of appealability ("COA"). Exercising jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, we affirm
