Ariel Emilio Caceres Canales (Caceres) was convicted of distributing methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(C). The district court2 sentenced him to 48 months' imprisonment. Having jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, this court affirms.
