Three juveniles — including M.G., who is the defendant-appellant here — and one adult allegedly robbed an Indianapolis CVS pharmacy at gunpoint on October 14, 2015. They were charged with Hobbs Act Robbery, 18 U.S.C. § 1951(a), and possession of a firearm during that robbery, 18 U.S.C. § 924(c).
