NanoMech, Inc. sued a former employee, Arunya Suresh, for breach of her noncompete agreement. The district court1 granted judgment on the pleadings for Suresh, ruling that the noncompete agreement was unenforceable under Arkansas law. NanoMech appeals, and we affirm.
