George Widmar worked for Ryco-line Products, Inc. (which was acquired later by Sun Chemical Corporation) as a Plant Manager for sixteen years. Sun Chemical's National Manufacturing Manager, Keith Roberts, terminated Widmar's employment on November 18, 2009, claiming that the company was unsatisfied with Widmar's performance.
