This case concerns whether a Kentucky conviction for fleeing in a motor vehicle from the police qualifies as a violent felony under the Armed Career Criminal Act (ACCA). In 2013, Derrick Ball pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).
