Kristen Zuppardi slipped and fell on the floor of a retail store owned and operated by Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. She subsequently brought this action against Wal-Mart. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of Wal-Mart and Zuppardi appealed. Zuppardi presents three arguments on appeal.
