FLOYD, Circuit Judge:

A jury convicted Joseph Catone, Jr., of one count of making a false statement in connection with his receipt of federal workers' compensation benefits, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1920. The district court imposed a sixteen-month term of imprisonment and ordered Catone to pay restitution in the amount of $106,411.83.
