Frank P. Lagano was fatally shot on April 12, 2007, in front of a diner in East Brunswick, New Jersey. More than five years later, in August 2012, the Estate of Frank P. Lagano ("the Estate") filed suit against, inter alia, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office (the "BCPO") and former BCPO Chief of Detectives Michael Mordaga, alleging that BCPO personnel improperly revealed...
