The plaintiffs, Wisconsin Indian tribes, moved the district court under Fed. R.Civ.P. 60(b)(5) to relieve them from a final judgment on the ground that its continued enforcement would be, in the language of the rule, "no longer equitable." There is no deadline for moving for relief under this provision, though a party must move within a reasonable time. See Fed. R.Civ.P. 60(c)(1).
