We previously affirmed the judgment of the district court dismissing the third-party counterclaims of the Outland entities. 760 F.3d 674 (7th Cir.2014). After we issued the opinion, the Outlandfiled a petition for rehearing by the panel. The Gamesafiled a motion for sanctions under Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 38. For the reasons explained below, we deny the petition for rehearing and grant the motion...
