Plaintiffs' First Amended Complaint alleges the following. Plaintiffs/Appellants (hereinafter "Plaintiffs") are the children and heirs of three men (Valmore Locarno Rodriguez, Victor Hugo Orcasita Amaya, and Gustavo Soler Mora)1 who worked for Defendant Drummond Ltd. at Drummond's coal mining operation in Colombia, South America. The three men were officials of a union, Sintramienergetica. They were murdered in 2001...
