This appeal arises from one of multiple criminal cases pending in the Northern District of Illinois in which the defendants are charged with conspiring to rob a non-existent "stash house" which, they were led to believe by an undercover agent, contained many kilograms of cocaine. At the request of the defendants, the district court ordered the government to produce nine categories of documents and data bearing on the exercise of the government...
