SHEPHERD, Circuit Judge.

Ronnie Whisenton pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(b)(1)(B) and 846. The district court1 sentenced him to 60 months imprisonment. Whisenton appeals the district court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence. We affirm.
