Defendant Johnnie Traxler pleaded guilty to one count of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341 for making unauthorized purchases on her employer's credit cards. Traxler now appeals the district court's denial of her motion to dismiss the indictment for lack of jurisdiction, which she preserved. Because the government provided sufficient evidence that Traxler used the mails in executing her ongoing fraudulent scheme...
