This case arises out of a botched SWAT1-style raid in Easton, Connecticut, in 2008. The police obtained a warrant to search the home of the plaintiff, Ronald Terebesi, for a small amount of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. To execute the search, police planned to smash Terebesi's windows, detonate at least three stun grenades (or "flashbangs") inside the home, break down...
