Richard L. Brown ("Brown") and Susan Brown-Thill ("Brown-Thill"), the children of Eugene D. Brown and Saurine L. Brown, became the sole co-trustees of the complex Eugene D. Brown Trust ("EDB Trust") after the death of their mother, the surviving spouse under that Trust.
