Xavion Omoware pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, see 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). His total offense level under the United States Sentencing Guidelines was 17, and he had a criminal history category of VI, which together created an advisory Guidelines range of 51-63 months.
