David Perez, a native and citizen of El Salvador, petitions for review of the August 30, 2013 order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") denying his motion for reconsideration. The order states that Perez's "motion does not identify any error of law or fact in [the BIA's] decision or identify any argument advanced on appeal that was improperly overlooked by the Board," as is required for such a motion to be granted.
