Claudia Nineth Bedoya Lopez de Zea ("Bedoya") petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals' ("BIA") decision, challenging only the determination that she was not eligible for withholding of removal. We deny the petition because substantial evidence supports the BIA's findings that Bedoya had established neither past persecution nor a clear probability of future persecution.
