BAUER, Circuit Judge.

A jury found William P. Marr, also known as Bill Marr, Jr. ("Marr"), guilty of six counts of wire fraud. Marr appeals his conviction, arguing that he did not receive a fair trial because the government relied upon improper propensity evidence to convict him, and that three jury instructions incorrectly explained the law.
