Dereld Humphrey pleaded guilty to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The district court1 sentenced Humphrey as an armed career criminal, see 18 U.S.C. § 924(e)(1), and imposed the statutory mandatory minimum sentence of 180 months' imprisonment.
