Edward Packard tragically died from a motorcycle collision with a pickup truck driven by Steven Darveau Jr. Darveau entered Edward Packard's lane of travel to turn left. Darveau planned to attend an event sponsored by the Falls City (Nebraska) Area Jaycees (Jaycees) on property owned by Carico Farms Incorporated (Carico Farms) and leased by Cory Snethen.
