Curtis Pinson, a sign electrician, was installing a sign in a storefront canopy when he fell through the canopy and was injured. He subsequently sued 45 Development, the owner of the shopping center, and others. The district court1 granted summary judgment to 45 Development, and Pinson appeals. We affirm.
