Rodney Waldoch sued his former employer Medtronic, Inc., alleging that Medtronic improperly denied his claim for benefits under a long-term disability plan (the Plan) governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). The district court1 granted Medtronic's motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
