The petitioners in these consolidated cases do not want their local post offices closed. They unsuccessfully opposed the closures of the three post offices at issue by the United States Postal Service, unsuccessfully appealed the Postal Service's determinations to the Postal Regulatory Commission, and now seek review of the Commission's decisions in this court.
