Faustino Arrellano was convicted of one count of conspiring to possess heroin and cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846, and two counts of using a cell phone to facilitate that conspiracy, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b). At trial, the government introduced Arrellano's cell phone, as well as several wiretapped telephone conversations involving Arrellano's alleged co-conspirators....
