Michael Salas was pulled over for erratic driving and consented to a search of his car, which yielded over 20 pounds of methamphetamine. He pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute the meth.

Salas challenges the district court's denial of his motion to suppress the drug evidence. He contends the district court erred in finding that the police officer had reasonable suspicion to stop his car based on a violation...
