FutureFuel Chemical Company (FFCC) appeals the district court's2 grant of summary judgment on its claims of breach of contract and promissory estoppel against Lonza, Inc. (Lonza). FFCC also appeals district court orders denying FFCC's belated request for a jury trial, concerning the unsealing of the court record, and awarding attorney's fees to Lonza.
