PER CURIAM.

An Ohio jury convicted Jeronique Cunningham of two murders and sentenced him to death. After unsuccessfully pursuing post-conviction relief in the Ohio state courts, Cunningham filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus in the federal district court. The district court denied his petition. He appeals based on seven claims of error, two concerning ineffective assistance of counsel, and others concerning juror bias, jury voir dire error...
