PER CURIAM.
An Ohio jury convicted Jeronique Cunningham of two murders and sentenced him to death. After unsuccessfully pursuing post-conviction relief in the Ohio state courts, Cunningham filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus in the federal district court.
