This case is on appeal from the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board ("Board") at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Appellant Nordic Naturals, Inc. ("Nordic") sought to register CHILDREN'S DHA, in standard characters, for "nutritional supplements containing DHA."
