Appellant Robert Waterman was sentenced to 15 months' imprisonment after he pled guilty to the charge of destruction of records in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1519. Waterman contends that the District Court erred in applying a three-level sentence enhancement under U.S.S.G. § 2J1.2(b)(2) for substantial interference with the administration of justice.
