Juan Castro-Alvarado1 was convicted of one count of illegal reentry in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a) and 6 U.S.C. § 202(4). He pleaded guilty and the district court sentenced him to 77 months' imprisonment — a term at the bottom end of the advisory Guidelines. On appeal he raises two challenges to his sentence.
