On July 17, 2012, a jury convicted Jack Bruce Folk, a previously convicted felon, of knowingly possessing a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1),1 and pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 924(e),2 the District Court sentenced him to a 180 months' imprisonment and three years' supervised release.
