GE Capital Commercial, Inc., General Electric Capital Corporation, and GE Capital Financial, Inc. (collectively "GE Plaintiffs"), sued Worthington National Bank ("Worthington") under the Texas Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act ("TUFTA"). The GE Plaintiffs sought to void transfers that Worthington received from the GE Plaintiffs' predecessor-in-interest, allegedly with notice of the transfers' fraudulent nature.
