BENTON, Circuit Judge.

Agustin Rodriguez-Valencia pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. The district court1 sentenced him to 70 months' imprisonment. He appeals, arguing that the six-and-a-half-year delay between indictment and arrest violates the Sixth Amendment right to a speedy trial. Having jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, this court affirms.
