Defendant-Appellant Taurus D. Hoyle appeals from the remand proceedings of his prior appeal. In United States v. Hoyle (Hoyle I), 697 F.3d 1158 (10th Cir. 2012), this court affirmed Mr. Hoyle's conviction of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) but remanded for proper sentencing.
