Kyle D. Tauch executed a Limited Guaranty Agreement with former party Regions Bank as security for a Loan Agreement between Regions Bank and First KT Lending, L.L.C. First KT defaulted on the loan, and Regions sued Tauch for the total amount due under the Guaranty. In his answer, Tauch made general denials but raised no affirmative defenses.
