Petitioner Pritpal Singh is an Indian national who entered the United States unlawfully in 2003. He challenges the Board of Immigration Appeals' (BIA) affirmance of an Immigration Judge's (IJ) denial of his application for asylum and withholding of removal.1 We deny the petition.
