Francisco Barrios-Siguenza ("Barrios") appeals from his conviction following a jury trial for assault on a federal officer in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 111(a)(1) and illegally entering the United States in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1325, and from the 18-month sentence imposed thereafter.
