This class-action suit, which had been filed in an Illinois state court, accuses Pushpin Holdings (we can ignore the defendants — owners and affiliates of Pushpin and entities alleged to have been acting in concert with it) of having violated the Illinois Consumer Fraud Act, 815 ILCS 505/2, by operating as a debt collector in Illinois without an Illinois license, as required by 225 ILCS 425/4, and also of having committed common law torts...
