National Union Fire Insurance Company ("National Union") appeals the grant of a preliminary injunction that halted an ongoing arbitration proceeding with Savers Property and Casualty Insurance Company, et al. (collectively, "Meadowbrook"). Because arbitration's essential virtue is resolving disputes straightaway, judicial review of arbitral awards is extremely narrow and exceedingly deferential.
