Curtis Cich sued National Life Insurance Company ("National Life") and Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company ("Penn Mutual") after both companies denied his claims for disability benefits under insurance policies they had issued to him. The district court1 granted summary judgment for the insurance companies, and we affirm.
