This case arises from a dispute over attorney's fees that were generated in an underlying bankruptcy case. Okin Adams & Kilmer L.L.P., ("OAK") made a request for attorney's fees in the bankruptcy court for the legal services it provided when representing debtors in Chapter 11 proceedings.
