Following a jury trial, Michael James Vore was convicted of possession with intent to distribute five or more grams of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B). Vore appeals the district court's1 denial of his motion to suppress, his motion for judgment of acquittal, and his motion for a new trial. We affirm.
