OPINION

ROGERS, Circuit Judge.

The plaintiffs — three employers that were formerly contributing members of the Teamsters Local Union No. 293 Pension Plan — appeal the district court's dismissal of their suit under the Multiemployer Pension Plan Amendments Act. In withdrawing from the plan, the employers were required to pay, and have paid, "withdrawal liability." If the plan is terminated altogether by a "mass withdrawal" of the remaining members...
