Plaintiffs-Appellants appeal from a September 10, 2012 order of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Arterton, J.) granting Defendant's motion for summary judgment. The district court erred in failing to apply Pennsylvania's reasonable expectations doctrine to Plaintiffs' reformation claims and in finding the breach of contract claims to be time-barred.
