Appellant First National Bank of Durango ("First National Bank") appeals from the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel's ("BAP's") decision affirming the bankruptcy court's confirmation of the Chapter 12 bankruptcy plan of Appellees Reson and Shaun Woods ("Debtors").
